As the Bondholders’ Representative, we have received the Official Letter from the Issuer regarding the finalization of the list of bondholders for registration, centralized depository of Bonds at the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (“VSDC”) and registration for centralized trading of Bonds on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (“HNX”) with the summary content as follows: 

• Closing date: 12:00 on November 29, 2024 

• Deadline for changing Bondholder identification information: Before 12:00 on November 29, 2024 

• Deadline for opening a securities trading account and submitting centralized depository documents: Before 12:00 on November 29, 2024
