{"id":106196,"date":"2025-10-06T14:43:20","date_gmt":"2025-10-06T07:43:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tcbs.com.vn\/?p=106196"},"modified":"2025-11-28T18:30:53","modified_gmt":"2025-11-28T11:30:53","slug":"tcbs-announces-the-promotional-program-for-customers-using-the-investment-experience-feature","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tcbs.com.vn\/en\/news\/notice-from-tcbs\/tcbs-announces-the-promotional-program-for-customers-using-the-investment-experience-feature\/","title":{"rendered":"TCBS announces the Promotional Program for Customers Using the \u201cInvestment Experience\u201d Feature"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Dear Valued Customer,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company (TCBS) hereby announces the implementation of the <strong>Promotional Program for Customers Using the \u201cInvestment Experience\u201d Feature<\/strong>, with details as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Promotion Name:\u00a0<\/strong>Incentives for Customers Using the \u201cInvestment Experience\u201d Feature\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Promotion Format:<\/strong>\u00a0Provision of goods and services free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Promotion Period:\u00a0<\/strong>From <strong>October 06, 2025<\/strong> to <strong>December 31, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligible Products\/Services:<\/strong> Purchases of iBond (Sustainable \/ Flexible \/ Fixed Demand) on TCInvest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Promotional Reward:<\/strong>&nbsp;iXu points convertible into cash (1 iXu = VND 1,000).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligible Customers<\/strong>:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Customers must satisfy <strong>all<\/strong> of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Execute purchases of iBond (Sustainable \/ Flexible \/ Fixed Demand) on TCInvest <strong>after<\/strong> completing the \u201cInvestment Experience\u201d process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have an active securities account at TCBS and complete the \u201cInvestment Experience\u201d flow on TCInvest <strong>before December 31, 2025<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualify as a <strong>Professional Securities Investor in 2026<\/strong> as defined in Article 11, Clause 1, Point (\u0111) of the 2019 Securities Law;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reward Structure:&nbsp;<\/strong>Customers meeting the program\u2019s conditions will receive iXu points.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Detailed Program<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Participation Period<\/th><th>Applicable Incentives<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>From October 06, 2025 to November 31, 2025<\/td><td>Customers who meet all program conditions and purchase iBond (Sustainable \/ Flexible \/ Fixed Demand) on TCInvest <strong>after completing the Investment Experience flow<\/strong> will receive:<br>\u27a1\ufe0f <strong>0.2% of total face-value transaction<\/strong>, <strong>capped at VND 2,000,000 per custome<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>From December 01, 2025 to December 31, 2025<\/td><td>Eligible customers will receive a <strong>combo of incentives<\/strong> (*):<br>&#8211; iXu equivalent to the <strong>Tax &amp; Fee<\/strong> amount paid when using the Investment Experience feature;<br>&#8211; <strong>0.1% of total face-value iBond purchase<\/strong>, capped at <strong>VND 1,000,000 per customer<\/strong>, when purchasing iBond (Sustainable \/ Flexible \/ Fixed Demand) on TCInvest after completing the Investment Experience flow.<br><br><em>(*) Applicable to <strong>the first 3,000 customers<\/strong> who complete the Investment Experience process from December 01, 2025.<\/em><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Not applicable<\/strong> to purchases via the iConnect brokerage system or transactions with exceptional pricing.<br>Rewards are only paid when customers meet <strong>all<\/strong> program conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>C. Reward Method &amp; Payout Terms<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rewards are granted in the form of iXu points.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payout timeline: within <strong>15 working days<\/strong> of the month following the month in which the customer meets all program conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notes:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is <strong>no limit<\/strong> on the number or total value of transactions per customer during the entire program period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>iXu points can be converted into cash via the customer\u2019s registered TCBS securities account on TCInvest (1 iXu = VND 1,000).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Example<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>October 10, 2025:<\/strong> Ms. A completes the \u201cInvestment Experience\u201d flow on TCInvest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>October 14, 2025:<\/strong> She purchases iBond with a total face value of VND 700 million.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>November 15, 2025 (first reward assessment date):<\/strong> Ms. A <strong>does not yet qualify<\/strong> as a Professional Securities Investor for 2026.<br>\u2192 TCBS <strong>does not<\/strong> credit iXu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>December 15, 2025 (next reward assessment date):<\/strong> Ms. A <strong>meets all program conditions<\/strong>.<br>\u2192 She is eligible for the reward:<br><strong>0.2% \u00d7 VND 700 million = VND 1.4 million (1,400 iXu)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>TCBS will credit the reward within <strong>15 working days<\/strong> at the beginning of December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Valued Customer, Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company (TCBS) hereby announces the implementation of the Promotional Program for Customers Using the \u201cInvestment Experience\u201d Feature, with details as follows: Promotion Name:\u00a0Incentives for Customers Using the \u201cInvestment Experience\u201d Feature\u00a0 Promotion Format:\u00a0Provision of goods and services free of charge.
