Thạc sỹ Tài chính tại Đại học Khoa học Kinh tế và Hành chính Budapest; Chứng chỉ Kế toán viên Công chứng (ACCA) của Hiệp hội Kế toán Công chứng Anh Quốc; Chứng chỉ kiểm toán viên và Chứng chỉ hành nghề quản lý quỹ.
Bà Lan đã có hơn 20 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực tài chính, đảm nhiệm những vị trí quản lý cấp cao tại các tổ chức lớn như Phó giám đốc tư vấn tài chính tại PwC Việt Nam, Phó giám đốc đầu tư tại công ty Quản lý quỹ Techcom Capital, Trưởng phòng tài chính của Công ty CP Vinpearl…. Bà Lan cũng đã có thời gian công tác tại nhiều nước trên thế giới như tại PwC Hungary, PwC Panama ở vai trò phụ trách kiểm toán, chuyên gia cao cấp tư vấn tài chính doanh nghiệp.
Bà Lan hiện đang đảm nhiệm vai trò Giám đốc Tài chính của CTCP Thương mại Dịch Vụ Cổng Vàng (Golden Gate).

Ông Trung tốt nghiệp Đại học Luật chuyên ngành Pháp luật Quốc tế, Đại học ngoại ngữ Hà Nội chuyên ngành Tiếng Anh.
Từ 1999 đến nay, ông Trung đã trải qua nhiều vị trí khác nhau tại các đơn vị như Công ty TNHH Grant Thornton VN, Ngân hàng TMCP Kỹ Thương Việt Nam, CTCP FPT, Công ty QLQ FPT, Công ty TNHH Quản lý nợ và khai thác tài sản – Ngân hàng TMCP Kỹ Thương Việt Nam.

Ông Tùng tốt nghiệp Đại học Bách Khoa Hà Nội chuyên ngành Kinh tế Năng lượng và Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội chuyên ngành Luật. Ông Đặng Hoàng Tùng có bằng Thạc sỹ Quản trị kinh doanh tại viện Kinh tế và Quản lý – Đại học Bách khoa Hà Nội và được cấp chứng chỉ hành nghề Quản lý Quỹ của Bộ Tài chính số 000811/QLQ vào tháng 08/2011.
